Terms and Conditions

Your booking is with West Country Holidays.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you make a booking you are entering into a contract with West Country Holidays which binds you and West Country Holidays in various ways. These Booking Conditions list the responsibilities and commitments you and we have towards each other.

Please note that throughout these conditions the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “ourselves” refer to West Country Holidays.

West Country Holidays can be contacted on 01283 246 346, info@westcountryhols.co.uk or at West Country Holidays, 19 Ashby Road, Moira, Swadlincote, Derbyshire DE12 6DJ.

The usual check-in time is 4pm (subject to unavoidable delays). The check-out time (usually 10am) will be shown on your hire invoice.

We reserve the right to correct errors in advertised prices. We will advise you of any error at the time of booking. We also reserve the right to correct errors in confirmed prices. We promise we will not seek to correct any error in a confirmed price within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday or more than 7 days after you make your booking.

2. MAKING A BOOKING When you book you are accepting, on behalf of your party, the terms of these booking conditions.

A booking is only accepted once you have received an invoice and booking confirmation from West Country Holidays. You must check your hire invoice and booking confirmation as well as other documents we send you carefully as soon as they are received. In order to ensure the accommodation and location booked is suitable, it is essential that all booking requests from parties including people with special needs give us full and clear details of those needs. We also require confirmation as to whether or not the disabled visitor will be accompanied on their holiday by an individual able to attend to all their requirements.

4. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (e.g. for adjacent properties or apartments on a specific floor). These cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to satisfy them.

For bookings made within 6 weeks of your holiday start date, payment in full will be required at the time of booking.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at 20% and are subject to change if rates change before you make your payment. If new taxes or levies are introduced we will re-invoice you accordingly.
